More about the ski resort

Courchevel ski resort boasts slopes for beginners as well as for seasoned winter sports athletes. The resort is also a secret tip among action-loving skiers and snowboarders. That’s because of Courchevel’s excellent variety of slopes for accomplished riders, including great forest runs, off-piste areas, high-alpine trails and thrilling downhill runs that will leave you stunned.

The resort’s undisputed highlights are the steep slopes of the Saulire mountain range and La Vizelle summit. If you’re looking for something a little less challenging, we recommend the moderately difficult Creux run. Did you know that Courchevel’s longest ski run is a whopping nine kilometres long?

You’re more into jumps, boxes, halfpipes and freestyle tricks? Then the snow parks at Courchevel and Les Trois Vallées will be just the thing for you. At the world’s largest ski area, six perfectly equipped and neatly groomed funparks are waiting for you.

INTERSPORT Rent tip

Our RENTertainer recommend

The slopes of La Tania

Are you looking for a more laid-back skiing experience and love quiet slopes off the beaten track? Then you should visit the slopes of La Tania, especially the valley run that leads down to La Tania village. The slopes are still in excellent condition in the afternoon. Simply take the cable car up to 2,240-metre Chenus and choose your preferred run.

For beginners, there’s a blue slope that runs towards the valley. Roughly at the halfway point, you can change over to a green slope. For more experienced skiers, we recommend the red La Tania slope that runs down to the valley station. From there, you can take the cable car back up to Chenus.
