Excellent small skiing area.
Excellent small skiing area. Ideal for beginners/intermediates. Expert skiers will be bored, although there is one specific black run that is very challenging. Most red/black runs are wide open and when compared to Alpine resorts would be classed as no more than hard blues or easy reds. Plenty of mountain restaurants.RayUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

Quiet area, where the hotel is situated, acctualy in the senter of town, very close to ski slopes - 5 minutes with the car - and you have some restaurants (chinese restaurant very near with excelent food) and the city "mall" at few minutes walk. The cinema is also near and 2 times per week is open. :) If you are looking for the quiet area in this alpin resort here it is !

The cabin is very well set up with great facilities, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and there are two separate living room areas. The location is perfect for skiing in the Trysil area, about a 10min drive (max). The host was brilliant and communicated well throughout the stay. I'd certainly recommend this cabin for groups and families.

The staff was the best and the most hospitable we have ever experienced in Norway, truly top class. The hotel restaurant was spectacular and really surprised us with the quality of food. Hotel had thought of everything for our comfort. We could use storage room and drying room for our skiing equipment and the bus to the mountain was just outside the entrance, which made going to the mountain to ski very easy and pleasant.

The location was a 4-minute drive to free parking at the ski resort, and the home is nothing short of spectacular: beautifully furnished, incredible kitchen, comfortable beds and living space, fast Wi-Fi, and immaculately clean. Host responded quickly to messages. Highly recommended, and hope to stay there again.

The accommodation is 5 minutes away from the nearest ski lift. 5 minutes also to the bus stop to reach other skiing villages.
