Sils is a great place for walkers, bikers, mountain bikers...
Sils is a great place for walkers, bikers, mountain bikers and skiers. And it even has a lot to offer for people unable to do any sport or just not so fit. There's a lot for children to do, too. Maybe even more could be done to make it even more family friendly. Some of the hotels and most of the holiday homes seem to offer a whole lot.

There is a restaurant next door to the hotel which is where you have breakfast. Breakfast was adequate but limited. The staff at Breakfast though were very friendly. We did not try the restaurant but the prices seemed reasonable for St Moritz Free parking. Overall the price was very reasonable considering we were staying in the St Moritz area where other hotels were 3 times the price we paid.PhillipRKW1970Switzerland

Not far to walk to Sils Baselgia or Furtschellas, around 15 minutes. I was pleased with the room decor, and though it was small it felt nice and cozy for me. Breakfast was slightly above average for Switzerland with some warm items like scrambled eggs and bacon. The lounge area was lovely with live pianist.SharonSingapore

Lots of langlauf trails nearby too. highly recommend taking a horse drawn coach up to one of the restaurants in Val Fex for dinner. a highlight of our trip.
