We went mid season after the summer and before the winter to celebrate a friends birthday but the village was very pleasant and I can imagine that in summer and winter it is just a wonderfully beautiful place. I would love to go back.

The lady at the reception was extremely helpful since we arrived after the checkin time due to traffic and made arrangements for us to get our key. The restaurant is ok and probably better during winter when it’s peak season. The hotel is clean, the beds and pillows are super comfortable and bathroom essentials are from Rituals. The shower was perfect with pressure and very hot water too.HannahDenmark

Post bus every half hour and walking distance from hotel. Bus service free for the section that serves the ski area, hotel owner provides the necessary tickets. Terrific view from front rooms. Friendly and helpful owner with wonderful dry sense of humour. Rooms clean but small. Cross country track passes hotel.

The hotel offers a Coiple of indoor activity incase the weather is not great outside. Kino was supperb. There was also also a Pingpong table, billiard table, table hockey. There's also a place to chill, relax and unwind.

A nice selection of recreation facilities (billiard, piano, chess, kids cinema etc). Lobby and play area nicely decorated. Friendly and service oriented staff but seemed all of them under stress

We departed to the hotel when restaurant kitchen were closed but She organized a Lambkuchen for us. We have staied on Sternen 2 times on this year. Both times we enjoined to play pool on the lobby.
