I have just came back from a week at Torgon. Snow was ok, but the main thing I would like to elucidate is the worst ever service experienced at the accommodation Les Cretes.
The reception people had a non-professional behaviour. In particular they kept us waiting for over half an hour even though we had arrived on time.
There was not an allocated parking space as advertised on the brochure and therefore every time we had to search for at least 15 minutes for an indoor space.
The worse event we experienced during our stay was once when they attached an A4 page notification on the windscreen of the car using proper GLUE!!!!!.....to make as aware that the parking space we left our car in was not appropriate. So imagine yourselves in the morning to have to spend at least half an hour to detach the glue from the windscreen....disgrace!!!!!
The swimming pool, the sauna and the Turkish bath, although they are advertised on the brochure as all-day standard facilities of the hotel, they are open only for half an hour a day per room i.e. we find these facilities to be fully booked several times and consequently we were not able to use them.
I would not recommend Les Cretes for absolutely any purpose.
Last but not least, we were told that due to the fact that the hotel was not fully booked they decided to keep the restaurant closed i.e. no breakfast and no dinner was served.
