Szklarska Porębaa Ski Resort Guide (resort name also written as Szklarska Poreba)
Szklarska Porębaa is famous, both for its fascinating mineral heritage and its extensive skiing. Partly wooded skiing takes place on the Szrenica (1,362m) and Labski Szczyt (1,471m) slopes of the Sudety Mountains from early December until mid April. There are mainly intermediate trails at Szklarska Porębaa, partly covered by an extensive snow-making system, with night skiing on the gentle 1.5km long Puchatek. The longest piste is a respectable 4.4km over a steep 602m of vertical. Several smaller ski areas are around the town of Szklarska Porębaa.

Bylem w lutym 2010 roku w Szklarskiej i wszystkie orczyki, wyciągi działały, był tylko 1 dzień że było wietrznie i były wyłączone orczyki i kanapy. Silny wiatr było czuć nawet na dole. Polecam Szklarska a poza tym nowy wyciąg który wynosi nas w 5 min na sama górę to chyba pokazuje fakt wprowadzenia modernizacji. Fakt po kilkunastu latach ale coś się w końcu rusza. Nawet poszerzyli trasy. na sezon 2010/2011 w styczniu i wydaje mi się ze chyba się dogadali skoro trasy zostały poszerzone i powstał nowy wyciąg.
