Sunlight Mountain Resort Ski Resort Guide
Sunlight Mountain Resort Ski Resort Guide
Sunlight Mountain Resort sits above the town of Glenwood Springs, essentially between Vail and Aspen. This family-oriented resort is a very viable alternative to either mega-resort for a few days. There's a 2,010 foot vertical drop at Sunlight Mountain Resort and there's often plenty of untracked powder. The best part of a day on the mountain at Sunlight Mountain Resort is splashing down into the hot springs complex in Glenwood.

Visitor Reviews of Sunlight Mountain Resort
paul abare from United States writes:
After 2 days @ Vail and 1 at the Beav, Sun Light was just what I was looking for. Great snow, friendly people and fun skiing. It was 3 days after it last snowed and we found untracked powder right on the side of groomed trails. However it is the steep runs in the trees that will bring me back to Sun Light.
Old double chairs and excellent tree skiing will put a smile on any skier from Smuggs, Jay Peak or Mad River.
