Stoos Ski Resort Guide
Stoos in Switzerland (in the Central region) is a small ski resort with just 5 ski lifts (2 chair lifts, 3 surface lifts) but it does boast a very impressive 722 metres (2370 feet) of vertical descent. Stoos has 22 pistes with a total length of 30 kilometers (19 miles). Stoos is best suited to beginners skiers and snowboarders but there is also some terrain for experts. There are 15 kilometers (9 miles) of cross country ski trails at Stoos. For snowboarders, there is a terrain park. The nearest airport is at Zurich.
