St Martin de Belleville has 1161 acres of terrain over 62 pistes. St Martin de Belleville is best suited to beginner skiers and snowboarders but there is some terrain for both expert and intermediates. There are 28 kilometers (18 miles) of cross country ski trails at St Martin de Belleville. For snowboarders, there is a terrain park and a half pipe. I totally agree that we must keep this gem a secret :-). We have been in St Martin, end of January, for almost 10 years. Staying at the beautiful Chalet Gypse ski-in ski-out and with max 20 persons at the lift opening at 09:00. You will get used to the bitter cold in the St Martin; 2 chairlift since the sun is still below the ridge.
