Sonthofen is the most southern town in Germany and is located between two rivers, the Ostrach and the Iller. Sonthofen lies in a valley north of the Allgäu-Alps. It is a minor ski resort with only 50 metres (165 feet) of vertical descent. We have no information about the existence of any cross country ski trails at Sonthofen.
