The cable car at Sljeme is not in use any more. The new one is being planned to be built although, if the roads are cleaned of snow, the bus is driving you instead of the cable car. The mountain at Sljeme is not very high but is still a mountain. If you're planning to hike be sure you're well equiped for it.
