My wife and I visited Saalbach Jan 2011.
There was enough snow - just - but the temperatures were usually too high for the snow cannons. However, we had a very good time - just be careful towards the end of the day if you are not too good at water-skiiing!!
Hotel etc - excellent.
Time from hotel to hitting the snow - 5 mins max - excellent
Ski hire and support - (we broke a ski) - excellent
Our skiing ability - reds no problem, easy blacks - just our age - shh, older than you might think!!
We are coming back in 2012 so we must have enjoyed it!!
