Ovčárna - Praděd (Ovcarna- Praded) offers beginner and intermediate skiing on the open slopes of 1491m Mt Praděd (Praded) and 1438m Vysoka Hole, the two highest peaks in the Jeseníky region. The best snow record of all Czech resorts though the openness of the high terrain makes it vulnerable to wind. Decent accommodation right by the slopes, great cross-country trails.
