  Ankara Kayak İl Birinciliği Kayak yarışları 04-06.01.2012 tarihlerinde Ilgaz da yapılacaktır. Ankara Kayak İl birinciliği yarışlarının Ilgaz kayak merkezinde yapılmasının nedeni Ankara Elmadağ kayak merkezinin kar ve fiziki durumunun yarışlar için elverişli olmamasıdır. Tüm kayak sporcuları ve Kayakseverler için Ilgaz Kayak merkezinde hava koşullarının iyi olmasını diliyorum.

  Access: 2.5 (1) At least one overnight stop, (2) requires a whole day, (3) requires more than half a day – you may have time for a few turns (4) arrive by lunchtime and ski all afternoon, (5) there is a main airport within an hour of Mt Ilgaz.	Public Transport: 2.0 (1) There are no buses or taxis to Mt Ilgaz, (3) there are slow or infrequent buses / trains available, (5) getting to the resort is easy with frequent bus / train connections.
  Scenery: 3.0 (1) An ugly resort in a bland setting, (3) average mountain views and resort, (5) a spectacular setting and a beautiful / historic resort town.	Accommodation: 3.0 (1) No places to stay in/near Mt Ilgaz, (3) a few places to stay in the resort, (5) a wide variety of accommodation suitable to suit all budgets.
  Cheap Rooms: 1.0 (1) No budget accommodation available, (3) just one or two hostels so book ahead, (5) several cheap hostels and pensions available.	Luxury Hotels: 1.0 (1) No luxury accommodation available, (3) just one or two luxury hotels so book ahead, (5) several up-market hotels in Mt Ilgaz.
  Ski in/Ski out: 1.0 (1) The ski area is located far from any accommodation, (3) a free ski bus takes you to the ski area in a short trip, (5) Ski-in ski-out accommodation is available.	Childcare: 1.0 (1) There are no child care facilities at Mt Ilgaz, (5) the resort has excellent child-care facilities including at least one reasonably priced creche.
  Snowsure: 1.0 (1) Occasionally gets enough snow for skiing, (2) is often closed due to a lack of snow, (3) occasionally suffers from a lack of snow, (4) rarely suffers from a lack of snow, (5) Mt Ilgaz is snowsure even in the poorest seasons.	Snowmaking: 3.0 (1) Mt Ilgaz relies entirely on natural snow, (3) there are just a few snow cannons, (5) there are snowmaking facilities on all pistes.

  kayak severlerin dİkkatİne artık yeni sistem telesiyejlerle sıra beklemek yok pist ortesında dİrekler yok ,düzeltilen pistlerle ile yeni eklenen t barlarla alternatifi artırdık.siz kayak severlerİ bu sezon ilgaza kayak keyfİne beklİyoruz.özden hoca,ilgaz kayak öğretmenler derneğİ

  Ilgaz'a kar yağmaya başlıyor, sevindirici !..:) Sezona hazır ve dört gözle açılmasını bekliyorum.
  Ama seneye daha eğlenceli olacaga benziyor...
  Sebebi ise; aldığıım haberlere göre seneye 6 km.lik ilave pistler yapılacakmış. Bu konuda bilgisi olanlar yazsın lütfen...

  Wonderful natural park at Mt Ilgaz. However, lifts and slopes are not too much. There are 2 lifts, one of them is double seat telesiej and the other is teleski. Slopes are too short with a total ski area of 5 km. This place is perfect for beginners, actually also perfect freeriding for pros; deeply frozen snow and riding between trees. However, maybe 1 day is enough to discover all off them.

  It is a nice place with a very nice view. However, the pistes are not very well looked after. There are 2 pistes, they are not hard, but I don't think they are so easy either. I mean beginners will find it difficult, however experienced will find it easy. It is good for a couple of days maybe, but there is no challenge for a good skier and you will get bored soon.
