Just to update...The Rufus is no more. The Efanle is a true dangerous bar, Avalanche a balance of bar and restaurant and Pere Bill more mountain restaurant with popular take away pizzeria. Take the telecabine to 2 very good altitude bar/brasseries -Chez Minet and La Licorne. The back run takes one to Belleveaux, charming small village where, on the way home is the "cow shed" a totally unspoiled 300 year old building and is just that! Le Tavaillon like to owner, Aristede, his potato beignets are sensational. Had great season last year with very well managed pistes and no crowds.
