Hahnenklee, in the Harz mountains, is small and not very snowsafe. The Familienabfahrt is quite good by Harz standards, but often this will be the only open run and the only working lift, the very old and slow gondola. The two drag lifts at the back are hardly ever open!
It is probably only good for a day when there is enough snow and not for a real holiday. There will also be long queues by the gondola at weekends.All in all, nearby Braunlage/Wurmberg is a better option!
