The Laird from UNITED KINGDOM
Just an update to my previous entry:
Crevoux is a small resort sandwiched between Vars/Risoul and Les Orres, so there is plenty of scope if one is into visiting other resorts. Also, it is very close to the town of Embrun and an overnight sleeper connection to Paris 365 days per year. Nearest convenient airport is Marseille. Happy skiin. -

The Laird from UNITED KINGDOM
Took my son-in-law, a very keen off-piste boarder, years ago. He was sceptical but polite, no doubt he felt he should humour me. We skied all day, eventually having to make stops at the bottom of the lifts just to allow our legs to recover. He still contends it was the best with copious, unsullied off-piste. A very friendly resort and good for beginners too with excellent English speaking instruction.
