Visitor Reviews of Cooper Spur

Karen from UNITED STATES writes:

Skiers be warned !!!
The Cooper Spur Resort in Cooper Spur Oregon is quite possibly the worst ski resort I've been to in 15 years of skiing. Although the snow quality there is nice, the staff were horrible. We had a complaint about a smell coming from our room and the staff wouldn't even come to our room to look into the matter. When we asked if we could have a different room, the manager told us that they were full (even though the cleaning lady (the following morning) told us they had several empty rooms. When we asked for a customer satisfaction review form, the manager told us they didn't have any and that we could just address any concerns to her. Since she was one of the problems, we left feeling that we had no recourse (other than this).
Again, the snow quality was pretty good, but the dated, over-priced rooms, and the extremely rude staff made my stay at Cooper Spur Resort the worst ski trip of my life.
