Brian De Palma from China writes:
We met in the Russian bar during the winter games, with another English person who was the general manager of the new hotel; I have been told he is no longer with the resort. You may remember me, I am very tall with a beard and was with another large German friend.
1000 Beds may be something to brag about, but through each of these reviews you make no reference to the bad facilities or the extremely bad way the resort is run in terms of service, management and the bad attitudes of your staff.
Beidahu is not a 5 star resort as you claim, it is a ski lodge and that is all, building the other hotel to a better standard will do you no good if you can not look after it and raise your service levels.
I will be back again for your winter fest, with my friend Stefan, however, we will not pay 988 rmb for your rooms like last year, when we can not get a decent meal for breakfast or dinner, and everything else closes at 9pm apart from the bar.
We will stay in Jilin at a more customer friendly hotel, however, we would like to see you again, and maybe you can clarify to us exactly why you are not capable as a company to run a quality operation.
Thank you.
Brian. 30th November 2011.
