Visitor Reviews of Alyeska Resort tony wade from FRANCE writes: My local resort when growing up. Don't go there. It's terrible. Skiing is crap and the people are unfriendly. It's flat and too cold to ski 11 and 1/2 months of the year. It's dark all year round. Nothing to eat either. Nothing to see or do. Veritably the third world but not quite that developed.
