Hyatt Place is right across from MLK PLAZA and there is a lovely memorial there on the principles of non violence. There is also sculpture and a walkway marking historical timeline of the movement. Beautifully done. This town is very quaint and I definitely will return to see more of the art scene.

It was filthy in areas. Rugs were disgustingly dirty.
It was filthy in areas. Rugs were disgustingly dirty. Bathroom was an electrical hazard. Breakfast was tasteless and stale. Same food daily. Pastries like hockey pucs and pancakes hard like discus thrown in cross country sports or olympics. Pool indoor super disappointing and cold. Hot tub was cold tub less then your body temperature. Door did not latch when closed and man opened stating wrong room. Very unsafe. I will never book a room there again or any Ramada any where.

The hotel was run down and dirty we chose to check out and leave early not to stay the second night.
The check in staff was rude and couldn't even find my reservation.
We are up there a lot as our son goes to Penn State and I would not recommended this hotel to anyone.

Bad all around - staff need training in customer service.
Bad all around - staff need training in customer service. Could not find my reservation, even after providing confirmation - hotel stated date was wrong on their end and changed my room and charged me more $$. Needs cleaner bathroom and provide appropriate bedding. Restaurant service lacking, along with food quality, overpiced.

The staff is great.
The staff is great. The rooms are comfortable, The bathrooms are spacious. Thanks for allowing me to travel with my dog. The onsite restaurant is great. We took advantage of the nice free breakfast and also had dinner there both evenings. It was tasty, and arrived at the table hot. Drinks were refilled without asking! Waitstaff is exceptional.
I love the cleaningness, the fact that its modern, it has clean and confortable bedding, its well located and close to downtown and it is a walking distance from many places in State Collège, the hotel is safe , well equipped and well maintained , the parking is safe and right across the hotel , the breakfast is tasty, the staff is courteous. It is my second stay there . I would definitely recommend it and come-back another time.
The staff are as friendly and helpful as I've rarely seen. I found myself in this hotel in spite of myself, as I was supposed to be in another hotel in the center of State College.
I was a little disappointed, but in the end I found myself in a wonderful hotel, whose greatest strength is the human quality of the people working there.
I recommend it 100% and would go back without hesitation!
I came up from west Virginia to stay the weekend for birthday. My daughter lives in state college and came to visit her and her boyfriend. Ir was definitely a weekend to remember. The bar area was super nice and the staff there and the hotel staff was very pleasant. Our room was also very clean. The bathroom area was small but that's fine. The indoor was absolutely beautiful
Everything was great. Loved the room layout and decor, comfy bed, plenty of outlets, nice channel selection and reception. Bathroom was nicely laid out and immaculate. View of surrounding area from our room was very nice. Restaurant had nice selections in a cozy setting, and we had the best hotel breakfast ever in the impressive outer dining lounge.
Loved the laminate floors - so much cleaner than carpet. Friendly staff. Large vanity in bathroom, comfortable beds. The toiletries were better than most hotels. I also liked that the desk chair was covered in vinyl/leather so I could wipe in down as I do all surfaces when I enter a hotel room. Lovely setting. Many hot and cold breakfast options.
.The room is excellent it is spacious and has basic amenities like microwave, ref and tv... also has sink tocwash dishes... though not walkable to downtown it is few minutes by car so location not too bad. The hotel overall is clean and quiet. Staff is very helpful, courteous and always smile
The hotel was in a close location to the campus and the property felt safe. The room was a good size and the bathroom was clean. Though the shower was outdated, as others have said in reviews, the shower pressure was amazing. Especially after a long drive - it was a great shoulder massage.
The hotel was well designed for the comfort of the traveler, with comfortable pillows and beds, a climate-control system that was quiet and easy to use, a nightlight in the bathroom, and lots of hooks for clothes and bags. The breakfast was good, but not outstanding.
The hotel had a classy & playful ambiance. The Nittany Lions football theme was prominent. The location was great - near campus and restaurants - and the parking was super convenient. The room & bathroom (big shower, no tub) were a nice size and very attractive.
Breakfast was suitable for the hotel an guests. The attendant was very mindful of keeping the breakfast area well stocked.
Room was very clean and had all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay
Just a spectacular surprise of staying at this amazing boutique hotel! Spectacular staff and great rooms! John and staff in the restaurant was just awesome addition and great breakfast!
The hotel is close the Penn State College which is our destination. Like the happy smile of the receptionist. She talked me into signing up to the Radisson’s membership!
Nice location near Penn State campus and arboretum (highlyrecommended visit). Good breakfast offerings including sausage, eggs and waffles. Nicely equipped bathroom.
great hotel, conveniently located, rooms are renovated and in good condition, staff is nice, decent breakfast. Price is very attratctive, great value for money.
