I was totally surprised when I arrived and saw the atrium!
I was totally surprised when I arrived and saw the atrium! They have everything to keep you occupied no matter what the weather is outside!
They have a pool, a kiddy pool, hot tub, mini golf, arcade, ping pong, and a little play area for toddlers all enclosed!

The bed was great!
The bed was great! The way the beds are made up with a separate sheet on top of the spread is very good for cleanliness. The staff was very accommodating, especially in allowing us an early check-in, which was extremely helpful for us! The facility is very inviting and mostly well-designed, with a wonderful activity area which we made some use of (putt-putt golf!), Very satisfactory room lighting.
There were some upkeep and maintenance issues. Towel bars had loose brackets, which allowed bars to fall to the floor along with the towels. Electrical outlets were somewhat lacking and hard to access -- several extension cords were in use. A couple lamps were not plugged in, so we did it ourselves. Refrigerator freezer compartment was mostly caked with frost (needed defrosting). Shower drain was very sluggish. Desk chair had an arm that was floppy because bolts underneath were loose -- I tightened them myself so it worked fine, but they will loosen again without lock washers or "lock-tite". Floor vacuuming could use improvement. especially along the edges. The orientation notebook in the room indicated free newspapers in lobby -- this was not the case. The breakfast was very average. It served the purpose, but would definitely not bring us back. We would come back for other reasons, however.

We live in Milwaukee, WI, we were looking for a place to stay on our way home from Washington DC. This was perfect. Clean comfortable good parking & close to freeway!. Bonus was the great pool and hot tub. Also very close to Cuyahoga Valley National Park, so we could stop and see Brandywine waterfall too. If I come back to the park to do some biking or anything, I would stay at this hotel. Price was very good too. And we walked to Cozumel Mexican Restaurant that was recommended by staff and really enjoyed it.
Coffee is offered 24/7 which is great! Hotel rooms surround the atrium, which is convenient but if you have a pool-side room, it tends to get extremely loud. Thankfully, they close the atrium at night to allow quiet time! The atrium consists of the pool, hot tub, game room, putt putt golf, and a play center. All of which are great for entertaining families with children. Breakfast is offered daily, however, I had to check out before it was being served so I cannot speak to the quality of the food or options.
Sorry but honestly nothing !! & Come to do find out that I'm not the only one that has had bad comments about this place I do wish I could have said good things about this hotel / motel but there isn't nothing nice to say cause I have stayed at better hotels by super 8 by Windham and very sad to do say I am very disappointed
The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. Especially for the price. $95 a night isn't too bad considering how expensive most hotels are now a days. Can't really complain about our rooms. The indoor pool on the other had is a different story. Highly disappointed about how cold it was. Couldn't even swim.
They served a hot breakfast - bagel with eggs, sausage and cheese. Other hotels have just done granola bars, this was a nice surprise!
Location excellent, easy to find, near highways.
The motel is a conference center and has a lot of rooms. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and quiet. Fortunately I was in a room on the first floor and near an entrance.
When I called about a big bug in my bathroom on Saturday morning the staff came right away. The location of the hotel to the Cuyahoga National Park and it's amenities was great.
The manager tried his best to reconcile the situation but first impressions are everything and Roman put a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to the Quality Inn in Richfield.
The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location. We found out after our stay that the building has broken multiple code violations and is unsafe for occupancy.
The manager was super nice when we went to the wrong hotel and I would book there again without ever even being there because if how kind and understanding he was!
