Room ok. Breakfast poor. Not stocked just out x 3 days.

Room ok. Breakfast poor. Not stocked just out x 3 days. Breakfast area not cleaned nor tended well. Need better protein and dairy choices. I liked the waffles but not for three day straight. You can get different flavor waffle mixes to add variety.

    This is an older hotel.

This is an older hotel. A/C didn’t cool the greatest and we had it on 69. It was very hot out though. Lighting was terrible, unless you like it dim. Food was great for breakfast. Hot and many choices, nice breakfast room. Front desk help was helpful and friendly. The first night the clerk delivered hot cookies to our room.

I LOVED C bar c expo center, the rodeo, Cowpokes, The Exotic Feline Rescue (about 1/2 hour away). Our room at econo lodge needed more seating options ( than just the beds) and wash rags instead of hand towels. LOU 's Diner had good food but the food was cold( I got meatloaf, mashed taters, gravy and Mac and cheese),service wasn't very good either.

A MUST SEE in the fall months!

A MUST SEE in the fall months! Cloverdale is a rural community nestled perfectly via I-70 only 30/40 miles west of Indianapolis and 30/40 east of Terre Haute. Via US 231 only 30/40 miles North of Bloomington 30/40 miles south of Crawfordsville. Only 15 minutes South of Greencastle which is home to Depauw University! Lots of covered bridges within a short distance, as well as Cataract Falls, Lieber State Park and Putnamville race track. Local horse arena with lots of events!

Rooms were nice. Seating for breakfast too small.

Rooms were nice. Seating for breakfast too small. No elevators (only 2 floors so not required which I wasn't aware of). The booking stated didn't pay until check in but 1st night was already charged to account. Told it was just to hold but then billed again plus $50 for incidentals. Even though on their end they stated they returned the first amount, it doesn't show that quickly. Every place I stay at just adjusts the original amount instead of adding a new one. It ties up my bank account for days. I would say they need to have a new system or train the people behind the desk to adjust the original hold so as not to double the amount. It put a $235 additional hold on my account. The amount was too pricey per night. No elevator, small area to eat.

The rooms were very basic but clean. There was hot water, clean towels, the beds were comfortable. This is clearly an older property but it's near the interstate and for the cost it's fine. There is no hot breakfast, but they had cereal, toast, yogurt, and coffee was available 24 hours a day. The front desk people were nice and we got extra blankets from them. They allow pets for a small additional charge.

I had stayed here 6 or 7 years ago with my 3 young grandchildren -- kids loved the pool and Chicago Pizza nearby -- was always a good experience and makes the last day of travel Missouri to my daughter's a shorter hop than Indianapolis.

Location was great for viewing the eclipse and visiting nearby parks. Having access to a pool was nice. Breakfast being available was nice and there were several options of food to eat.

Clean, quiet, close to Depauw University. We were there for a college basketball tournament. My child got injured in the game & the hotel accommodated us with late checkout the next day.

We stayed because of this hotels proximity to Greencastle and DePauw University. The floor in our room was not carpeted, which is our preference!

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is a pet friendly motel. Easy on and off the interstate. There are a few places to eat close by.
