The staff was adequate.
The staff was adequate. We first noticed the puke on the carpet as we got out of the elevator. Called the front desk and they informed us they knew of it but hadn't had time to deal with it. Understandable. Hours later they still hadn't. GROSS!!!! They weren't THAT busy! Half full at best guess. Had broken glass on the bathroom floor. The shower had good water pressure but was almost impossible to reset the temperature to a comfortable setting. Either you froze or got scalded. Stayed for several days and never received any fresh towels, Called the front desk to request more They gave us two towels. We were a party of three. There are plenty of cheaper flea-bitten hotels to stay at for less money for the level of comfort and price they charged.. Also, their web page boast of an on-site restaurant, THERE IS NO RESTAURANT. The breakfast consisted of make-your-own waffles, no cereal, eggs, nor meat of any kind. basically great if you want to eat waffles and nothing else. Overall a disappointing experience for the money we paid. If I could give a minus Number for a review I would do so. Stay at a Holiday Inn Express and save yourself the grief.

Easy to get around Boise.
Easy to get around Boise. Lots of places to eat, both casual and more fancy. Lots of outdoor activities available. Weather was great (a little hot though). Nice downtown area with shops. Capitol building is cool. Lots of breweries. Lots of outdoor seating. Seemed like all of the roads were being resurfaced while we were there. Only negative.

Oh my gosh the history alone was magnificent. Clean.
Oh my gosh the history alone was magnificent. Clean. Parks are absolutely beautiful!! Ann Morrison Park was our favorite but as my 14 y.o. said, it needs a basketball court. Julia Davis Park was nice, the zoo was a plus. Freak Gallery Alley was awesome, some major talent. Walked around downtown, enjoyed the music, the views and probably would've enjoyed more but my teenager isn't much for just sitting and listening to music. Very eclectic feeling walking around early Saturday evening. Train Depot views of the area were nice. Penitentiary was a success and history galore.

Boise is my hometown.
Boise is my hometown. I had to stay in the hotel because my furnace was out over the weekend and had to wait until Monday to get it fixed. This was in early March when it was snowing. Boise is a great place to live and to visit, especially in the spring and summer. However, if you like winter sports, there are plenty of those as well.
The location is great in downtown Boise. Lots of parking and close to restaurants etc. Very friendly staff. The rooms are large and have lots of little thoughtful touches like a curtain to separate the living area and bedroom area. There are LOTS of plugs and USB ports by the beds too which is one of my biggest peeves at other hotels. I'd highly recommend.
The house was clean and comfortable. Very easy booking and entry was smooth. I am so glad we booked this instead of a hotel. We have 6 children and being in a house for our vacation was sooo much better than a hotel. Everything we needed was there. I will definitely be booking again if we ever return to Boise!!! Five stars.
This was the best room we had on our 2 week trip! The price was average, and it cost less than one of our worst rooms. We liked the space, the cheerful look and feel of it. The lobby was lovely and I compared it to lovely historical downtown hotels, only Oxford Suites was cleaner.
The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. The AC/heater worked well. The hotel's morning breakfast had a variety of options. The location is convenient for those travelling either via the Boise airport or the interstate. The parking lot was well lit and the are felt very safe.
I liked the central location to all-things downtown Boise and access to the airport. The staff and valet were extremely friendly. I also tend to prefer smaller, boutique hotels -- so, this was a preferably spot for me in comparison to other bigger, name brand varieties.
Friendly and professional staff. FULL hot breakfast. Convenient location to the state capitol and all downtown. I parked in the hotel parking and walked everywhere for work and play. The room was clean and spacious. I'll be back for sure.
Layout of the hotel is a bit awkward. Construction going on, so the parking lot was chewed up. Breakfast was lovely. But the whole add-on fees at the site considerably raised the rates over what I expected when I reserved on line.
we liked everything, it's a great hotel 👍 the breakfasts are wonderful and delicious! cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable bed, free parking, good location and more. We recommend!👍
Always a Great stay. We always stay at this hotel when in Boise. We find it clean, comfortable and very friendly. Close to restaurants just off the airport property,
Felt like a new hotel. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Fantastic access to the Boise River Greenbelt, which is basically across the street.
