I absolutely love Maggie Valley. This was my 4th trip this year. Great laid back town. If you enjoy small town vibes, then this is a great place to visit. Country Vittles has a great breakfast menu and Maggie Valley Restaurant has great food also.

So many things to see.
So many things to see. The Indian heritage with museums was great. Views galore no matter which way you go and plenty of small unique dining experiences everywhere. We love the winding roads, views and that hotels allow you to park under their entranceways. How thoughtful for those of us who forget to bring covers. Love the shops, we have our favorites and love the people who explain who made what we buy, where they are, how long they've known them and how our money helps. Great leather products too.

This was such a relaxing place to stay.
This was such a relaxing place to stay. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. There were elk running around our property which is why we came in the first place (elk rut). The cabin was just perfect and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of room to stay and chill at the cabin if you chose. The kitchen was great, plenty of cooking utensils and space. It was very clean and very bright. It was in a quiet area, but not far from the Oconaluftee Valley where we would watch the elk every day. The National Park is wonderful. Lots of hiking or driving - Clingmans Dome, Cades Cove. A must to visit is the Cherokee Museum on the Cherokee Indian Reservation. Places to avoid would be Gatlinburg only because it gets so busy it takes a good 1/2 hour just to drive through town. We must have hit it on a week that was very busy.

Maggie Valley is a beautiful location!
Maggie Valley is a beautiful location! Especially this time of year, with the leaves changing!
Close to many tourist attractions.
There is something here, for everyone!
We love Maggie Valley!!
The property is located 10 minutes away from Cataloochee Ski. We have never been to Maggie Valley so I was a little worried about finding a decent spot. Boy was I wrong. Jonathan Creek was a gem and much better than big name brand chains. The rooms were clean, well appointed and updated. There was a mini fridge and microwave. We booked two creekview rooms with a covered patio and the sound of the creek was just very relaxing. Our kids took advantage of the heated pool after a day of skiing. This place is highly recommended!
Everything that you could possibly think of was there even down to the condiments and Uno cards! The location is beautiful, the cabin is lovely, and the owners are very helpful! We enjoyed a quiet peaceful getaway that will always be remembered. I also like how the cabin is pet friendly. The cabin didn't smell like animals at all! It was very clean and we had a washer/dryer accessible. Also the beds & pillows were very comfortable.
Out of all the hotels on the strip, this one had the best curb appeal when we were driving there. Once we pulled up we were very happy to see how well it was maintained. Close to everything on the strip and the micro-brewery next door was a bonus too. Would stay there again in a minute. Thank you!
Staff was very friendly, location was the best, very quiet, room was ready when we arrived, quick check in. If you want to step back into the 50s Route 19 inn is the place to stay in Maggie Valley. Route 19 inn is not far from downtown
Rooms are big and well furnished. Love the grounds near the creek. Good food and atmosphere at Valley Tavern. It was our second stay within the last few months. Our favorite place to stay in Maggie Valley.
Had a wonderful time. If you ever get a chance to go to Maggie Valley you have to stay at cozy Creek cottages. Definitely recommend staying on the creek side beautiful view. Thank you Sean and family.
Love the location! Right on the creek with relaxing outdoor areas. My dogs loved the walk in the grounds to the water. Nice covered Deck on water. Large room with fireplace.
Friendly staff. Not handicap accessible. No easy chair in room. Toilet seat too low. Room was dark and dreary. Didn’t stay the nights reserved. Found another hotel.
We were pleasantly surprised with the value of this motel. The sound of the creek was awesome. Great location within Maggie valley. Room was very spacious.
