So grateful for the hosts to allow us to book this place last minute, late on a Friday night, certainly disrupting their evening. And then to upgrade us from one twin bedroom to a two twin bedroom out of the goodness of their hearts. As others have stated, this is like going to stay with a relative. This is someone’s home. The room contained personal items and was neat and clean. The hosts couldn’t be more accommodating or friendly. The price was beyond fair.

Absolutely nothing. The property was disgraceful. We left immediately after requesting a refund.
Just off Interstate 81 and a 5 minute drive from the center of Cortland, this hotel features an indoor pool. Free Wi-Fi and a daily breakfast are provided.

This hotel just opened in March 2024. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. There is no breakfast but the rooms each have a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and sink. It was easy to make oatmeal in our room. The pool wasn’t open yet but will be in a month or so.
The bed was great! For the cost of the room it is not a good value. The toilet had issues though not impossible to deal with. The wallpaper in the bathroom was torn and falling off from moisture i expect. The whole place could use a remodel and upgrade. Other Quality Inns within 15 miles are less expensive..,not sure why Tully is so high. Almost $200 per night on the weekend rate. Way overpriced.
I like to stay in Tully because it is my hometown. Next time though, we'll stay in Cortland at a much lower rate.

Very nice and clean hotel.
Very nice and clean hotel. Unexpectedly needed a location close enough to the Bouckville Antique Festival at the last minute (40 minutes-ride). Town of Tully is quaint with a nice cafe for meals and I saw an art gallery.
Note there isn’t an elevator in the hotel.
