The location was incredible - perfectly tucked away from the main street but still a short sight away from amazing views of Loon Mountain. There was surplus of board games for a rainy day, and plenty of common area seating. Everything was so well thought out - from the ear plugs in the rooms if you are a light sleeper to the different choices of milk for your coffee in the morning. We also made use of the white noise machine! My boyfriend and I had such a relaxing stay.

Location was great went to flapjacks for breakfast.
Lincoln was an incredible small mountain town! We travelled to the area a couple of days after Loon Mountain closed for the season, so it was very quiet in terms of tourism. Unfortunately, a lot of businesses must also take a couple of weeks off after Loon closes, as a lot of things were closed when we visited. A lot of businesses also have very strange hours; their online information says one thing, and then we would drive to the establishment and find that their hours did not match. Definitely keep this in mind - make a few phone calls before planning your trip! The scenery is incredible and everything is so quaint. There are many good food options (if they are open) and no shortage of access to nature.

We came from the Stowe area in Vermont.
We came from the Stowe area in Vermont. Lincoln is a good place to stay on the Kancamagus highway if you are coming from the West. Close to the Lost River Gorge and Flume Gorge. It's smaller than Conway on the east side of the highway, but not as crowded.

Like many other places, rent in Lincoln is high.
Like many other places, rent in Lincoln is high. Every place is hiring. Staff is low and I don't know how the many restaurants cope other than to close by 8:30 and not be open some week days. Bring your human kindness and be sure to enjoy yourself. There are things that need upkeep in Lincoln and there are giant castle like establishments taking over. I used to love it much more but can't say that I'll ever stop going. Make sure there are no big events during your stay that you are not attending, this will give you more free reign and less waiting. Enjoy!

1. Beautiful quaint city/town with plentiful opportunities for outdoor activities!
2. Delicious cuisine with a few vegan options. There’s a restaurant with a separate vegan menu. I wish there would be more vegan/vegetarian restaurants.
3. Kind people.

I like the area but definitely not the crowds and everything is over priced like any tourist trap area. Not really a lot of things to do that kids are interested in. Views are spectacular though. Whales Tales water park is a great place for everyone young and old as is Clark's Bears. Also a train that runs sometimes but a quirky schedule when I was last there.
We stayed in the Baby Bear cabin, and it was exceptional - very clean and comfortable. The craftsmanship was top-notch and contributed to our feeling of staying in "the woods". At the same time, our cabin had everything we needed - oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and TV. Our host, Christina, was very helpful and had several good suggestions on sites to see/visit. Lincoln is a very central location for taking day trips to places in Northern/Central New Hampshire.
The hotel allows to stay with pets. I like the room that the floor is not carpet. Although it’s a bit dusty but I know it was brought by us. (I really dislike the carpet! ) My husband liked the bed and he said he slept well. The hotel seems renovated recently. The furnitures are all looking new and the flowers hinging outside of the rooms. There is a little trail behind the hotel which is nice to walk the dog before get starting in the morning.
The hotel was really nice. I love the family owned small hotels . It is so much more personable and I prefer to support local rather then corporate if i can. This is a wonderful little hotel, owners and family are really nice. The stream that runs behind it is a plus . Right off of main highway and so close to hiking and a couple of really good places to eat downtown. The Moon Cafe, totally awesome.
Everything! Such an attention to detail, self-checkin worked perfectly, lots of extra goodies such as snacks and drinks. The room and common area was beautifully decorated and felt very homey. Moreover, everything was very clean in all areas. Location was nice to go into the forest for hikes, some nice restaurants nearby.
If you stay here. check out Wayne's Market. From the outside. it doesn't seem impressive, but the food is awesome and the variety of products inside that market is also great. The steak and cheese sandwich I ordered was both huge and delicious. The hotel itself is your standard Holiday Inn experience.
Great location for exploring the erea. The loft was big enough for a family, kithcen was well equipped. They provide towels at the gym and the swimming pool. Ski season was not on so enjoyed the peace an quiet. Lincoln a few minutes drive and had great restaurants and even a nice supermarket.
Great location esp. w/ walking distance to Common man and the pub on site. The pub was GREAT; what a hidden gem, I've been coming up to Lincoln for years and knew nothing about it. Ate there multiple times. Nice chill vibe for eating by myself, some good sports energy if youre into that.
The indoor pool, sauna, hot tubs, and outdoor pool were all very clean and well maintained. The staff at the front desk and the pool facilities were all very friendly and helpful. We've stayed at many locations in Lincoln for the NH Highland Games, this was by far our favorite place.
Facility and rooms were very nice. Hotel is in a great location with beautiful views of mountains and tree leaves were changing so is very beautiful. Vineyard in back alongside the pool and Boce court. Very relaxing feeling. Room is comfortable.
The facilities are what you can expect in an American motel.
The owner was really nice and welcoming, with his chit chat, recommendations and her wife’s muffins.
The motel is well located heading to Canada and in a beautiful town as is Lincoln.
Our room was clean and comfortable. The building and grounds were immaculate. Complementary coffee, tea, water, sodas, and snacks in the beautiful lounge. Very quiet location but close to everything in Lincoln.
The room was spotlessly clean with excellent heating and air-conditioning with extremely comfortable beds, and with an incredible hotel receptionist in Boja.
