We were able to check in early and easily. The room was clean and spacious. The location was great for our travel purposes and there’s a restaurant right next door. Love the Rec room and game room!

Great breakfast. Friendly owner and staff. We stayed here on our way to see the total eclipse. They put out breakfast early and to-go bags for guests who wanted to leave early. We would definitely come back here.

It was very nice lots of things to do little drive
Cozy and very clean. Basic accommodations, but perfectly comfortable. In a nice lake setting, kind of off by itself, which I liked very much. Peaceful. I would have liked to have stayed longer, and I would absolutely stay there again.

The Mount Sunapee area is just gorgeous and unspoiled.
The Mount Sunapee area is just gorgeous and unspoiled. It has none of the traffic and noise and over-development associated with the larger Lake Winnipesaukee. There are some nice restaurants in the area and the lake itself is so nice for summer visitors. We aren't skiiers, so I can't comment on winter activities.
- friendly and caring staff
- large, clean and well decorated rooms
- nice rest areas, cute place with fire pit outside
- 24h tea, coffee, water station
- swimming pool and game room
- all hotel is in the same unique style which is perfectly appropriate for this location. It feels calm and cozy.
loved that the aesthetic didn’t feel like a business hotel. genuine warmth and caring from the staff. simple place not trying to be fancy, with many sweet extras (board games, books, record players, tea/coffee area). comfortable beds, quiet rooms, fun pool area.
Our kids loved the pool and games room! We also loved the communal Rec room where we could hang out with friends and eat take-out together. So close to Mount Sunapee for a wonderful day skiing as well. Highly recommend this hotel for families!!!
Warm and inviting. Staff was attentive. Ski lodge atmosphere. Fun, creative. The coffee and tea bar was a morning delight. Excellent.
Oversized pillows and a bed that was like a cloud. A good night's sleep.
