Nice hotel, clean, good staff, rooms are roomy and nice. Just Make Sure that your Room Heater isn't broken? We are an older couple and we couldn't get the DARN heater to turn down? After quite some time trying to Adjust the temperature we finally just figured out how to turn it off and tried to sleep on top of the bad covers with the Window open.(Thank God for that!) I didn't get much sleep but the wife was able to rest at least. Thank You

What a terrific city. Lots to see and experience. GREAT restaurants. We were there to see the State Capitol, but there is so much more to do and so much history. I would return if is wasn’t so remote!

As the state capital Helena is obviously central in the development and history of Montana. The early wealth generated by vast mineral resources, lumber and cattle can be seen in the buildings and mansions from the 1880s in the center of town.
Downtown is now devoted to coffee shops, restaurants, gift shops and antique stores. The Cathedral, Capital building and Governors Mansion are worth seeing. Fort Harrison, the birthplace of the First Special Forces " Devils Brigade" is of special interest to military history buffs.

Surprisingly cool city with decent downtown area and many surrounding neighborhoods worth checking out for food, drinks, shopping. Great hiking in nearby parks. Would have spent an extra day there if I had the time.

If your an out of state tourist , you have the Capital building to see. Holter lake is not to far away and I hear that the "Gates of the Mountians" tour is very seanic and pretty. I suppose there is other things to do there also but I only come over to Helena once in a great while to visit Fort Harrison for medical appointments.

The morning dining room attendant was nowhere to be seen until we were ready to leave so some supplies were in need of replenishing
Overall stay was satisfactory
The first room I booked was really terrible - in fact, I didn't even go in after viewing the outside and the surroundings. The outside looked old, worn and dirty. Also scary - like it was unsafe to stay there. The cars parked outside were the same. The Ramada should not be renting this part of the hotel without giving patrons a warning about what it is like. I rebooked and was happy with my room.
The hotel was perfect for our one night stop. The room was spacious with great toilet. We used the laundry room and gym, and both were great. Specially the gym: really well equiped and accessible.
Furthermore, the staff was always keen to help us and the breakfast was very good. It had a lot of options and even (for me very important) a non diary option milk for my coffe. Thanks for that!
Because I was a local, I was refused service and told to go to another hotel. My house had flooded. I needed a place to stay. I went to Jorgensen's and was welcomed, put in a very nice room, and paid less! I will never recommend your hotel to anyone!!!!
it was very nice and clean, the one king room we had also had a queen bed instead of the couch which was nice, they said this was the only room like it room #222
loved it!
breakfast was fantastic, been a long time since a hotel offered a good breakfast
This property is very fresh, clean and comfortable, specially when you travel with small children - our room was so spacious!
The breakfast was pretty amazing - so many delicious options ( which is very rare nowadays for these types of hotels)
Honestly, nothing. There were little to no redeemable qualities about this place. We didn't have high expectations for a budget friendly hotel, but our room didn't even have a garbage can. The place doesn't even meet bare minimums.
Room was big and clean, breakfast was good and the area was clean and well maintained. The lady in charge was restocking very well. The hotel was nicely located and quiet. Bed was comfy.
Location is great, within walking distance of a good selection of restaurants nearby, state Capitol nearby, and hotel provided airport/in town transfers on call. Friendly staff.
