Charming village with traditional stone houses. Sample local products (local cheese called formaela, pasta, sweets, cheeses, wood products, woven rugs). Park outside of the town as only one road passes through and it's narrow. It gets crowded at night and on weekends especially during the ski season. Walking is best here!

Right in the heart of Arachova this was the coziest place I’ve ever been to! It was so comfortable. Not only did the style of the inn and rooms make you feel like never wanting to leave but the staff made you feel right at home. As soon as you enter you are welcomed by the sweet smell of cinnamon and smiling faces. It’s comfortably warm all the time but if you can, get a room with a fireplace. It will be prepared for you every day for your whole stay, all you have to do is light a match and sit cozily by the fire. It truly was a wonderful experience and I would recommend to anyone to stay at Afanos!

We ate there, we hiked nearby following suggestions of the owners. The only problem was that we only had 2 nights there. I would stay for longer if you like to hike and you appreciate nature and great food and wine.

The place is very sweet village.
The place is very sweet village. Nearby Delphi for the Temple of Apollo. Great restaurants and little shops. Near Galaxidi for secluded beaches too. Lived our stay at Nefeles and such lovely hosts. Great breakfast and recommendations

Picturesque alpine like village in central greece approximately 100 miles from Athens. Vibrant village centre with lots of dining and drinking establishments. A short drive up the mountain towards parnassos you come to a valley abundant with wooden chalets and a few eateries that is more reminiscent of the swiss alps or colorado rather than Greece. Definately woth a visit especially in winter.

Really lovely little town – the people were all so friendly.
Really lovely little town – the people were all so friendly. It felt like a real community and almost like a big family, where everybody knew each other and everybody was happy to meet newcomers to the town. It's easy to walk around without a car and you can get a taxi easily if you want to venture further (for example, to Delphi). Our favourite places to eat were Fterólakka (Φτερόλακκα in Greek) and Zambas (Ζάμπας) café. Try the local cheese, "formaela" – like a much tastier version of halloumi. (Zambas café did the best version of this we tried anywhere in town.) It's also well worth walking up the steps to the church at the top of the town – the view is amazing and it's so quiet and refreshing up there!
This place is absolutely dreamy! The decor is beautiful, the room was clean and very cozy and it had all the special attentions you could imagine. The owners are very friendly and gave fantastic recommendations for restaurants and activities. The breakfast is definitely worth it: fresh orange juice, fresh pastries and bread! Greek yogourt and more, it was one of our best stays in all of Greece and would definitely come again!
We had an incredible stay at Arachova Experience 3. The property exceeded our expectations with its fantastic amenities and cozy atmosphere. The owner's hospitality was remarkable, providing valuable information and assistance throughout our visit. Highly recommend for a memorable and comfortable experience.
Our stay at Paeonia Arachova was a pleasant surprise. From the beautiful and cozy design of the hotel and the rooms to the friendly staff and amazing breakfast, everything about this place felt inviting and homely. It was a lovely and comfortable stay, and we can't wait to be back again!
Very hospitable host and very good and clean facilities in a traditionally made stone building. The location is good at Livadi Arachovas, just 20-25 min away from Kelaria ski center and 10-15 min drive to Arachova. A lot of great restaurants are just few min away of the property.
The staff was very polite and kind, the breakfast was perfect with very good quality in all products and a nice variety to offer. The whole atmosphere in the hotel was of a cozy elegance, due to the medium/small size of the hotel and the constant care of the staff.
The view is amazing. It is simply the most relaxing and enjoyable accomodation in Arachova.
The staff was very friendly and respectfull and we had an amazing time. The hotel is close to the city center and you can get anywhere by foot.
I would say 10/10!!
One Arachova, although it lacks signage so you are not sure at first if you are at the right spot, is an amazing location and a very well-renovated old house. We would love to stay there again. The gang had a fantastic time!
The house is situated right in the center of Arachova making it very easy to walk around. It is nicely renovated without losing its traditional style and it is fully equiped. The hosts were very polite and responsive.
The hotel exceeded our expectations in all respects. The executive family suite was very spacious and with all comforts. Highlights were the fireplace and the enormous balcony with breathtaking views to the mountains
I had left my iPhone charger in the room (a 35 euro device). When I contacted the hotel they have wrapped it and sent it to my location of stay in Athens (Port Alimos) immediately without any questions or charges.
The guesthouse is located just above the central square of Arachova. The staff is Extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast offers a good variety of options.
The location is amazing. The view of the Delphi Valley from the hotel is splendid. The breakfast was very good. The main hall living area in the mezzanine floor is very cozy and nice.
Everything! Breakfast was amazing, the room was cozy and clean all the time. It's location is at the center of Arachova. Overall I'd highly recommend this guesthouse
Perfect location for a short stay in Arachova. The owner was very nice and kind. Great value for money. They allowed me to check in before the regular time as well :)
pension Maria is charming and in a wonderful setting to enjoy Delphi. the hotel is furnished with antiques and historical engravings. the host is warm and friendly.
Very nice room, nicely decorated. Everything here is so different from hot sea level Greece. It was nice and cool and felt like the ski resort it is during winter.
