There are several options to visit. The castle, the lake. So many opprtunities to ski sports, walk in the forests. Waterfall, beautiful lakes not only the Bled one. The Bled Lake is not so far, but we were always going by car because of the kids. Our room was spacious enough, so we had a really good rest. The terrace was very large and our kids loved spending time there. Also, there are plenty of toys and games for kids in the lobby, which was really cool. All staff is very friendly and helpful.

The building itself is located in a village close to Lake Bled (an easy bike, slightly longer walk) that is quiet and beautiful. The facility is new and meticulously clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent and generous, clearly made with care and love by the family that runs House Troha. We used the sauna and it was a delight on a snowy January night.

The advantage was the hotel parking lot and bicycle storage. The breakfasts at the hotel were absolutely excellent. We also tried the hotel restaurant and can only recommend it. From the point of view of the location of the hotel, it's perfect - with a view of the lake, the island and Bled Castle.

The swimming pool and the sauna zone is great option for a hot day as we had. The breakfast was delicious and a wide of tasty food was offered. Highly recommended!
