Excellent location, literally 2-3 minutes from the train (which also provides excellent service for getting almost anywhere). Very clean and quiet. Beautiful views out of pretty near any window. The hotel is located in a charming, attractive little town. Some choice of restaurants nearby, ranging from pizzerias to regional fancy, with tasty and interesting local foods.

The area is truly sensational for outdoors and mountaineering. The restaurant and the bar menu is very very good and they serve delicious seasonal food. Good standard buffet breakfast in the morning. Nice little bakery below the hotel. Good location to start a hike from (close to trails & public transport.
