Service was great, very accommodating to our needs. Staff was always super friendly and communication was swift. Food was much better than expected. Snow trekking paths go right by the hotel which was what we were looking for. Knowing Swiss prices, value for money was great.

Sauna and swimming pool are perfect to rest at the end of the day. I also had the best Kaiserschmarrn of my life! Totally recommend this place, considering it is one of the few hotel in the area with honest prices.

Mario, the manager went out of his way to ensure we had the best of everything. Even let us stay an extra night, despite the hotel being closed.
