The only reason we booked this apartment is the private outdoor jacuzzi. However, it was broken (the water was way too cold and got warm enough only the morning we had to check out). Therefore, we feel we overpaid for our stay. We did ask the owner to lower the price but we did not receive any response. Overall, disappointing experience.
It is a perfect hotel for families that we will definitely visit again. Rooms are comfortable, if a bit older, with bunk beds for kids. Restaurants are well-priced with good offering for everyone. There’s a playroom. The location is right across the street from a small but fantastic ski / snow-shoeing / sledding site for younger kids. More than anything, the hosts and staff make this place special - everyone feels at home.
The room was good but the only room on offer through booking.com was an expensive family room. When we arrived the hotel was virtually empty so a standard twin room would have been available so why not offered?
The hotel room was good and the meals were ok, but the place did not match two of our previous bookings this trip in Switzerland for which we paid much less.
Location was perfect because of people whom we were going to meet live nearby. The best side of the hotel is their staff. Outstanding, nice, hard-working people always keen to meet your requirements immediately. Free parking in front of the hotel. Very good wi-fi.
My stay was short but it was so comfortable. The place is very quite and nice for taking walks. The bus stop is in front of the hotel which is convenient. The options I tried in the restaurant were good. All the staff were nice!
The staff was extremely nice and arranging. They made everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They were perfect with the kids, I'd really recommend this hotel for a family stay.
