Lovely quite sleepy village with plenty of cattle, and chalets.
Due to thea altitude the local saying is " Come UP, Slow Down" and that is very much what it's all about. Lovely atmosphere. Quiet and beautiful

Amazing swimming pool with several pools suitable for all ages and abilities, including an outdoor thermal bath with jacuzzis. The ice rink was up when we were there, lots of nearby cafes and pubs. Lovely riverside walks and great playpark/animal centre between Saanen and Gstaad. Many train and bus connections. Several gondolas up to mountain restaurants and views and walks.
Coop cafe is good and relatively cheap for budget conscious travellers.

Was a nice hotel in good location and proximity to most of local attractions. The only problem was, we were not offered the same room we booked and the staff claimed the information on booking is not right.

One of the most beautiful places in Switzerland.
One of the most beautiful places in Switzerland. Almost all the houses are in chalet style, which gives the place a special charm. Lots of walking possibilities, also for seniors, and there are many lifts up the mountains.

Hiking and taking a lift to the top of the mountains was absolutely incredible. Very good signs made hiking between towns in the area simple and very rewarding views. Food in all towns was very very good, maybe best meal we had in the country.
The hotel is superb, modern, clean, amazing restaurant and the best is the service, they are extremely customer oriented, kind and friendly. The room is big, well equipped and the balcony is huge. They left chocolates everyday for us. My dog was with me and they provide some stuff to her, a ball that she loved. The breakfast is called “rich breakfast” and you understand why once is there 😅
The restaurant team is incredible. Mr José was extremely kind and made us feel like home. Sensational food and ambience.
Very nice studio equipped with everything that was needed. The terrace has a nice view of the mountains. The hosts were very welcoming. The chalet seems to be new and is very clean. The slopes for skiing were closed, but we could ski in the slopes from the nearby stations. We used a car, so it was very convenient, but there is also a bus station right in front of the property. However, buses circulate only once per hour until 7-8 PM. There is also private parking. We had a very nice stay close to Gstaad.
This was by far the best hotel I've stayed at this year. Hands down!
Fantastic stay - Amazing and super friendly staff! The property has one of the best spas that I've ever visited. They were kind enough to upgrade my wife and I to one of the best rooms at the property!
The service was so personal that it honestly felt like home. If ever I visit Gstaad again - there is no doubt about where I'll stay
I cannot stress enough as to how comfortable and amazing our stay was!
The location is excellent being next to the main town square with numerous boutiques and upmarket restaurants. The Hotel is a boutique family run operation with efficient staff , great breakfast, nice cosy guest lounge to get out your room and peaceful outside garden area . Get a larger room with a balcony if you can . It also has a free sauna and spa area which other hotels normally charge a hefty fee for .
HUUS Gstaad has modern and cozy rooms, a great view and everything you need for a relaxing spa-weekend. Everything is clean and cozy! The bar/livingroom area is a real highlight where you can enjoy a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, snacks or just a coffe. The perfect place for a cocktail before dinner, to read your newspapers or to relax after dinner.
We loved this charming hotel. Personnel was kind, amenities are excellent, comfy, clean, and very cozy. Easy access to train and ski lifts. Nice decoration. Excellent restaurant (good cocktails). Cute living room/bar area with fireplace, and really nice complimentary tea time. The charm of of a small hotel with the standards of a 4*. Kudos to the team!
Breakfast was good and plentiful, though because we were hiking to the next village, we wished it started a bit earlier. Staff was lovely, and the hotel is charming. I loved opening my window to hear the sounds of the children playing at the nearby schoolyard, and breathe the fresh air.
a fabulous hotel. a ten minute walk from the centre of town but right next to the Eggli lift. lovely staff. great pizza restaurant. Exceptional private spa. Really nice rooms. Very comfortable beds. great bathroom. very nice ski room. Well done to the staff for making us so welcome.
This is an exceptional place, which requires you to feel a little bit younger than you possibly are. The breakfast is composed of delicious and locally sourced products and among the best you can wish for in a hotel of this class.
Everything about this hotel is amazing. The experience alone is unforgettable. It was raining all night. The wood decor, the facilities, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We wish we could have spent more days here.
Good location , beautiful place , 1.5km from gstaad , 1.1km from saanen. Bus station 100 meter from hotel . The price is good because in gstaad all hotels very expensive.quite at night .
Nice breakfast and friendly staff
wonderful welcome at the hotel by the owners , who did everything to make us feel welcome and have a great stay at the hotel
delicious breakfast , perfect service
food at the restaurant is of top quality, very good
GREAT SIZE ROOMS, FRIENDLY STAFF, GREAT PRICE, EXCELLENT LOCATION on the main pedestrianised area of Gstaad, you cannot beat the location and this is one of the most reasonable hotels there
The room was spacious and stylish. The hotel has many great amenities: spa, fitness, game room, pool and more. The shower is also separated from the toilet which is always a plus.
Beautiful modern facility, very friendly staff, excellent value. And a 4 course delicious buffet meal for 19.5 francs is by far the best value I've ever found in Switzerland!
