Loved the history of the building! Room was beautiful, very nice bathroom and excellent breakfast. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating, offering suggestions and helpful info about the area. Would defiantly re-book!!
Hotel Trattlerhof enjoys a scenic location on the edge of the forest, close to the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim.

We stayed for a week-long ski trip around the new year. Overall, we had a great time. The cooking was exceptional, every day. Very attentive table service. Our room -- while not the biggest one on offer -- was comfortable for us (2 adults, 2 kids) and tastefully designed/decorated, e.g. from the quality wood furnishings to the old stove (heater) serving as a bench to the blue trim along the ceiling. We did enjoy the pool and whirlpool, but unfortunately didn't have enough time to enjoy everything there was.
We visited (in summer) several unique locations:
- Granatium (museum) in Radenthein
- Millstatter See (nice place for biking)
- Turracher Hohe (nice mountain pass with many lakes and summits)
- Wollaner Nock (summit above Bad Kleinkirchheim)
A pleasant place where life in the fall is calm and in no hurry. Very hospitable people and especially I would like to highlight the hostess and the location of the hotel itself.
