Haus im Ennstal is a very pleasant very well-kept town located in the valley, allowing in summer hiking and cycling trips to the mountains without having to approach by car. The well-marked trails provide wonderful views of the surrounding Dachstein and Tauren mountains.

I really enjoyed spending evenings in the apartment which was very relaxing. Owners are very friendly. They run a farm with cows and we had a chance to see lovely newborn cows. Homemade cheese is one of the best I ate so far- even our daughter who is rather food selective really liked the cheese.

The place is a 5 minute drive from Hauser Kaiblingbahn. It´s a very quiet place, you have a small house just for you. You can park your car just next to the door. We used the advantage of the SommerCard, we were given at the arrival, to get easily to Hopsiland at Planai. The PlanaiExpress parkHaus is like 5 minutes from the apartment by car. The card allows you to get up and down onec a day for free.

Atilla the baker\host left us fresh bread every morning :). all together a great stay for a great price.
