Small very smart village with very good set up for skiing and especially families. Good food options on the slopes but village actually fairly limited for pubs/cafes and pretty quiet in the evenings. Probably less easy to access by public transport - we flew to Munich and hired a car. Good snow, slopes not too crowded and enough variety for most intermediate skiers. Fiss is a village will equiped for families with children. It's almost like an amusement parc in nature. There are a couple of bars and some familyfriendly restaurants. The benefit in Fiss - Serfaus - Landis is the free pass to go on all the lifts to the mountaintops. This way you can enjoy a walk in nature, even with small children.EvelienBelgium - 10Scored 10

Very friendly union of three little Tirol Villages, perfect for families with kids of all ages. Even prams were available for rent. There are many advantages for tourists staying in any of these 3 villages. Buses and lifts are free, many activities are free too, only some uphill attractions cost some money. the Super Sommer Card really was super, enabling us to use all the cablecars and lifts for free. Definitely worth visiting this beautiful valley, we will go back for skiing in winter too. We have found our new favourite holiday resort! Great for families with little kids in winter or summer

Fiss Serfaus itself is awsome with the supersommercard making it possible to use all lifts and explore the incredible mountains around Fiss Serfaus. The hotel is perfect located to do this. After hiking the natural pool is perfect for relaxing. Personal is super friendly and even lent us poles to try for one of the mountain hikes. The rooms are spacy and has great view to the mountains.

Very quiet, awesome view from the terrace, parking in front of the door. Very clean and warm. Hosts were very welcoming - they live in the same building upstairs. Got a discount to ski passes and also bought a key from ski lockers - highly recommended. We got a welcome wine & fruits and the house had all the small things like dishwasher tablets, salt, and coffee filters.

The place is homey and cozy. We stayed for 2 nights. They cleaned the room daily. Lastly, the place is just 10min walking distance to the skiing place. I would surely choose this place whenever I feel like coming back to Austria for White Christmas.

The pension give you a ski depot, really nice to leave your ski staff by the lift and walk to the hotel.
