The town has plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and all...
The town has plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and all amenities. It is a manageable size and can be explored easily on foot from wherever a car is parked. The scenery around the town is also beautiful and worth making an excursion. It is also a stop on the Tour de France on 25 July so expect heavy traffic around that time.

For me, it is the opposite of other peoples' description of the country and the people in general. I find the place safe, clean, and lively (Friday evening is happy and wonderful.) The people are helpful and cheerful. Eating out is unbelievably cheaper than in London. In general, the place and the people are adorable.MelaniaUnited Kingdom

The host let us know where the free parking is located (just 5 minutes walk from the apartment), and of course there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the local area to choose from each night. The instructions were very straightforward, we easily found our way in and located the keys.
