I liked everything !
I liked everything ! There is even a fridge in each room, no kettle but not a problem . Well heated, well cooled. Parking is a few metres from the B and B but once you’re there it’s fine. Not suitable for disabled. Rooms are up a flight of stairs

Very pleasant experience in the Italian lake region, without the crowd of people in Lake Maggiore or Como. Beautiful view, good food, friendly people, lots of activities for the family. Easy to visit the other places around Lake Orta.

Omegna is very picturesque.
Omegna is very picturesque. The town has flowers on the bridge in the square and along the lake area. There are numerous bars and restaurants. On the downside, the traffic is pretty heavy, probably in part due to the busy orthopedic hospital and the direct road to verbania still under construction. Also the square is rather lively at pub closing time.

We were warmly welcomed by Alda who spoke excellent English and provided useful tips and information. We loved Omegna and driving around the beautiful Lake Orta. Plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Convenient for exploring Maggiore and the surrounding area.
