Super Lage, sehr aufmerksames Personal, gutes Essen
Excellent place for a ski trip. Has plenty of slopes nearby and is directly on Sella Ronda and Grande Guerra for whole day skiing adventures.
You can easily get to Marmolada which has an amazing view of the Dolomites.
Local ski-pass is a bit pricy compared to Austria and France. This is partly offset by Dolomiti Super Ski pass which lets you access a huge number of locations and is a bargain if you're a good skier and can cover a lot of ground.
There is a point-based ski pass which is transferrable and is good for parents that need to babysit.

I'd almost rather not tell everyone how lovely it was - just in case everyone goes and it ends up spoiled!
It's a quiet and quite small village which is a great strength because it's family friendly, not overcrowded and still charming. Arraba is more difficult to get to than the larger villages of the Sella Ronda but very well located on the circuit for access to some other great ski areas including Grande Guerre circuit (beware taxi costs can add up for a family).
Our hotel was fab and the evening meals were superb. If you weren't so lucky with the evening meal, there aren't many other options - although I think a lot of the hotels do have a la carte restaurants.

Great location for skiers!
Great location for skiers! It has a direct connection to Marmolada, the best slopes (part of the Arabba-Marmolada domain), and direct access to both directions of the Sellaronda. Cables open a bit earlier than in other resorts. It has a smaller palette of restaurants and bars, but the ones existing are of good quality. As it is a smaller resort, there are few to no morning queues compared to the massive queues in Val Gardena, Ortisei or Corvara. I 100% recommend Arabba to anyone whose priority is skiing!

Great place to visit if you enjoy skiing, our favorite town on the Sella Ronda. Arabba is small enough to walk everywhere in ten minutes, has a decent grocery store, & good restaurants, Pizza at Pizzeria 7 Sass is stellar, Rifugio Burz is a treat for lunch.

I am positively surprised.
I am positively surprised. I was sure Arabba is fantastic for skiing, but now I found it also very attractive for summer activity as hiking. Although you need car for some trips, Arabba is a perfect starting point for many places in Sella and Marmolad group (we also enjoyed Puez from Arabba).
Lovely, very comfortable apartment in a great location! The apartment itself is quiet with great views. The keys were received at the Hotel Portavescovo. There, we were kindly allowed to use the sauna and pool. This turned out to be a very nice bonus. After skiing, we relaxed and steamed in the baths. There are 3 of them. Be sure to take advantage of this opportunity. Thanks a lot. A couple of minutes walk to the ski lift. I recommend to all!
Excellent location in Arabba. Had a quiet room, with a terrace faving Piz Boe. Staff were very friendly and let us store our bikes in ski room, which is secured by video surveilance. Breakfast was nothing to complain about: self service, good variety (cereals, eggs, bread, cheese, meat, coffee machine…).
In the evening I had pizza in their restaurant. Good quality and fair price.
In the morning, hotel bus will take you to the first ski lift, 5 minutes ride from the hotel, and you can go back directly by slope to the hotel.
Spa is small, but clean and very nice to have it after a long day out. Staff is very nice and helpful. Apartments are comfortable, and well equipped.
Hotel staff was very corteous. Dinner included was a nice perk. Food was delicious!! Regional specialties!!! The view from our room (room no 5) was beautiful! Panoramic view of the Dolomites! Confortabile room for two! Close to great hikes Cinque Torri amd Cortina. Would come back again!!!
The residence is located in the center of Arabba and just next to the skilift (one minute walk). In case Google Maps is wrong, take the road just beside the slope. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Also restaurants and a super market are next door.
I choose this place to stay for the Dolomites bike day and it was a very convenient place to stay. The hotel was along the route so after the beautiful cycling trip in the Dolomites and completing the last pass I could relax in the hotel.
The service in the hotel is perfect. Although it is not on the ski slopes, they have a very regular shuttle that drives you to and from the lift, so it does not affect in any way the ski experience.
Excellent location with all the services you could want from a hotel in the mountains.
Extraordinary dinner and breakfast, with different specifics every day.
Staff very attentive to our needs.
It's fundamentally a skiing hotel so the fit and finish of the rooms is a bit basic, but public areas are tasteful, extensive and comfortable. Food good, staff helpful and friendly
A nice hotel with clean rooms, spacious bathrooms, friendly staff and opulent breakfast. View on the mountains from the balcony (as you expect in Dolomites).
Dining room in pleasant.
Nice view from Hotel windows.
Nice Sauna room.
Nice people in reception / dining room.
Room service keeps the rooms very clean.
