The hotel was only a 5 minute walk from our for the next morning’s ferry. Our room was charming and spotlessly clean. Staff were wonderful. It was a very cold time of year and once our heat kicked in we were extremely comfortable.

This charming hotel is in a quiet residential area with easy access to Trams into Oslo. We loved the breakfast buffest - huge variety of very fresh hot and cold food. There are drinks available 24/7 ( tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc) and 'FIKA' cakes from 3-5pm...all included in the price of the room. Also included is an evening meal. Not a huge choice but lovely food. Given that Norway is expensive , these added extras made all the difference to our stay and budgeting.
The decor in the common parts is like being in someone's house and it is so relaxing and welcoming.
We would definitely stay here again.
