You have to open the room with a physical key. - The facilities seem nostalgic and old, but they are well maintained. - The room is so spacious that we could leave our large suitcases open all the time.MinchihGermany

Tasty breakfast buffet with many choices of both japanese and western food. We went to both public and private onsens and both were great, I recommend reserving a private onsen if it's available, it has beautiful view over the mountains. Staff was very helpful and polite. It's also convenient that the hotel offers transfers to and from train station, ski resort and restaurants in the evening. Highly recommend!

The owner lives there too they are very kind, the breakfast could be more improve but the dinner really delicious, thank you haru san and family for taking care of me and family.

I had the best stay thankfully to Satoshi san, he is the owner and he will make sure that you are very comfortable and very accommodating. We were absolutely happy with our holiday spent at this hotel. Would I recommend this hotel? A million percent YES!!!

We booked breakfast and dinner. Food was good and plenty, family-style cooking. The owners and staff are very kind and helpful, all speaking English. There is a dry room for ski gears and a luggage storage room. All very convenient.
