Tasty breakfast buffet with many choices of both japanese and western food. We went to both public and private onsens and both were great, I recommend reserving a private onsen if it's available, it has beautiful view over the mountains. Staff was very helpful and polite. It's also convenient that the hotel offers transfers to and from train station, ski resort and restaurants in the evening. Highly recommend!

Bedroom is spacious and very comfortable. We had delicious western breakfast. I had the best stay thankfully to Satoshi san, he is the owner and he will make sure that you are very comfortable and very accommodating. We were absolutely happy with our holiday spent at this hotel. Would I recommend this hotel? A million percent YES!!!

We booked breakfast and dinner. Food was good and plenty, family-style cooking. The owners and staff are very kind and helpful, all speaking English. There is a dry room for ski gears and a luggage storage room. All very convenient.
