The location was great. It is one of the only hotels in this location so there are not many options. They have a nice nordic spa which was the highlight.

The lodge was so cozy and beautiful and had amazing views. The glamping tents were the perfect size, comfortable and so cozy! It was amazing to be able to stay in a such a secluded and beautiful area of kananaskis. The food was incredible and you never go hungry! Met some wonderful people as well, both staff and other guests. There’s no wifi in the tents which is great, and wifi in the lodge if you need it. The service was fantastic. Overall, I had the best stay. I would come back here time and time again.

Great hostel, perfect location to the highway, and all the hikes that surround the facility. Staff was great & welcoming, and kept fires going. It' was a wonderful time, shared kitchen and living room made great conversations and smells.
Everyone seemed to have been to hostels before, people are self sufficient!

This facility has lots to offer but it was crowded with families with kids - and the pool and hot tub area was so full there were no towels available and piles of used towels everywhere . It would be nice to visit in the summer or Fall to use the trails and other amenities as well . The drive in winter with new snow was a bit iffy as there were a few cars that ended up off the road .

Love the area, hotel and Nordic Spa.
Love the area, hotel and Nordic Spa. The pathways for walking are terrific. It’s not inexpensive so be prepared. Booking the Nordic Spa is difficult and for the amount one spends at the hotel, some spots should be kept open for hotel guests or purchased by the hotel for their guests to buy.

I loved the Chalet look of the rooms in Mount Kidd.
I loved the Chalet look of the rooms in Mount Kidd. The kids swimming area is really for under 9 years of age. The steam room is super hot, benches are uncomfortablely hot wet stone. Hot tub is warm. Outdoor dry sauna is cool. the fitness room is great as is the table tennis. The restaurants are booked up fast, but take out is an option. They have Cross country ski and skate rentals. I personally would stay not stay again as we live only one hour away. The outdoor activities are amazing which is why we would in the future come for the day and evening only.

It was very comfortable and the scenery was beautiful.
It was very comfortable and the scenery was beautiful. Even though there was so much nature outside to explore we loved staying in our room with the fireplace and enjoying the view. We did get out and skate on the small rink in the centre of the village. The village is very romantic for couples but still perfect for families.

The kananaskis area is so nice and the hotel is right in the heart of it. There is a million dollar view from every angle. Be sure to ask about the hikes and lakes in the area. The restaurants are all very good and offer choices for everyone. The pool and spa area are very nice as well.
The golf course is world class and has a great outdoor patio for all day food and drinks.
The location is fantastic with beautiful scenic walking trails nearby. The amenities at the hotel were extensive- I was impressed to see all the board games in the lobby lounge and also the activities for children (we didn't use these but a great option for those travelling with kids). The place overall was clean and staff were very friendly and attentive.
Really easy stay with two little kids. You can bring your own camping gear or you can just rent everything that is there. That’s what we did. It cost a little more but it sure did save time and space packing up and in general made this trip easy.
Really nice spot with some hammock’s by the river. Just a beautiful area.
The location was perfect, nestled in the Rocky Mountains. Lots of trails to explore and activities for everyone, all year round. This was the 4th time we have visited this hotel and each time we leave feeling refreshed. The staff is friendly and efficient. All the facilities are clean and well maintained.
The beds are so comfortable!!!! This place has been remodeled and this is the best hotel room that I have ever stayed in. The bathroom is beautiful. Lot's of counter space for getting ready, a rain shower and separate bath tub. Spacious room. The views are stunning. Very impressed.
I have come here many times. The service is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and clean. You have all the amenities you need within the hotel. Should you wish to venture of the resort theres so many hikes and activities to do close by. Oh and the food is amazing!!!
Everything was according to my expectation. It was a wonderful experience. It’s pretty close to Kananaskis Village. Good value for money, especially if you’re a group. We forgot to bring firewood. Good thing the trading post has everything (almost).
Have already has a discussion on chat about the situation with this hotel and obviously need to clarify it further. What did I like - the fact that this hotel is willing to talk to me,
the staff was courtesy but not helpful. There is no written information in the entire hotel, if you are not teck savvy with you i phone you can't find out anything.
Quiet hotel, large resort, modest shopping, great walking trails. The mountain views are spectacular. We saw deer on our morning walks - overall - highly recommend.
Large room with nice view of mountains. Room service available from the main hotel, which is connected to the crosswaters via underground tunnels if it is cold out
The location was great. It is one of the only hotels in this location so there are not many options. They have a nice nordic spa which was the highlight.
